Delivery times
Most items are fulfilled directly by our global supplier network rather than shipped from a local warehouse, so delivery generally takes 8–23 business days depending on the product and destination. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window where available. You can track your order any time from your order history.
Shipping costs
Orders of $75 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and destination before you pay — you’ll always see the exact cost before confirming your order.
Multiple packages
Because different products may ship from different suppliers, a single order can arrive in more than one package, sometimes on different days. This is normal and doesn’t mean part of your order is missing.
Customs & import duties
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Customs policies vary widely — please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
