• Payment processor (2Checkout/Verifone): to take payment securely.
• Suppliers & fulfilment partners (e.g. CJ Dropshipping): your shipping address and order details so products can be shipped to you.
• Service providers: hosting and infrastructure partners that operate the website and app on our behalf.
• Legal: where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Analytics & cookies

To understand how the store is used and to improve it, we record basic page-view analytics (such as which pages are viewed and whether the visitor is on a desktop, mobile, or tablet device). For this we store a single first-party cookie containing a random identifier so we can count unique visitors. This cookie does not contain your name, email, or any personal details, and we do not store your IP address or use it for advertising or tracking across other websites.

Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
