These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.kendashop.com and the KendaShop mobile app (together, “KendaShop”), operated by Faris Hamad, based in Amman, Jordan. By using KendaShop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use KendaShop and place orders. If you are under 18, you may only use KendaShop with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Products, pricing & availability
We try to display product information, images, and prices accurately, but errors can happen, and availability, prices, and descriptions may change without notice. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before charging you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or listing information, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we begin fulfillment; we will notify you if we cannot fulfill it.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers. All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Shipping & delivery
Most orders are fulfilled directly by our global supplier network, so delivery times vary by product and destination. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details, including estimated timeframes and which countries we currently ship to. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.
Returns & refunds
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Guest checkout is also available and does not require an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse KendaShop — including attempting unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the site’s operation, or using the store for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The KendaShop name, logo, and site design are our property or used under license. Product images and descriptions may belong to our suppliers or manufacturers. Nothing here grants you rights to use our branding without permission.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
KendaShop is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use KendaShop after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
