We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at KendaShop.
Return window (30 days)
You can request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we’ve got you covered — contact us within the return window and we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping. Photos help us resolve it quickly.
Change-of-mind returns
We also accept returns for non-defective items (e.g. you changed your mind) within the return window. In this case the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the refund covers the price of the item once it’s received in original condition.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? We accept exchanges within the return window. Contact us and we’ll help arrange it.
How to start a return
Email us at support@kendashop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with the next steps and a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your defective/incorrect claim is approved), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
